5 Key Advantages of Choosing DAT Fiber Laser Engraving Machine

1. High precision and high-quality beam: Fiber laser engraving machines can provide a resolution of more than ten times that of traditional products, ensuring the ultimate fineness of engraving details.

2. Low energy consumption and long lifespan: The power consumption of this type is less than 400 watts, which is only 1/25 to 1/10 of that of traditional products. Moreover, the lifespan of the laser module exceeds 100,000 hours, far surpassing traditional technology.

3. High processing speed: The engraving speed per second is 3 to 5 times that of traditional products, significantly enhancing production efficiency.

4. Wide application: It is suitable for various metal and non-metal materials, especially for fields that require high precision and smooth surfaces, such as electronic components, integrated circuits, hardware products, auto parts, etc.

 5. Easy operation and anti-counterfeiting performance: It features a user-friendly software interface that allows for the free design of patterns and text. Meanwhile, the laser-engraved patterns are clear and will never wear out, providing strong anti-counterfeiting performance.

Fiber Laser Engraving Machine: Step-By-Step Calibration Guide

1. Check the optical path:

Observe the laser marking position and adjust the position of the first reflector to make the laser hit the center of the lens.

Check the second and third mirrors in sequence to ensure that the laser accurately hits the center of each lens.

2. Calibrate the focusing lens:

Press the TEST button to emit light, observe whether the laser point is at the center of the focusing lens, and adjust it if necessary.

3.Levelness of guide rail:

Use a spirit level to detect the X/Y-axis guide rail, with an error of ≤ 0.1mm/m, and correct it by adjusting the anchor bolts or sliders.

4.Transmission synchronization:

Check whether the belt or gear is shaking, and if necessary, tighten or replace components to ensure transmission synchronization.

5.Power correction:

Use a power meter to measure the laser output power, correct software parameters to make the error less than 3%.

6.Dynamic calibration:

Fine tune motion compensation parameters in high-speed mode to eliminate offset caused by acceleration.
